Great bed, with 2 people it's easy to build and very thorough instructions! Would definitely recommend. One very happy kid.

Ordered just before Christmas expecting it to arrive after Christmas however it was delivered not long after order. I needed a replacement part and I simply went online and booked a next day delivery (free of charge) replacement. The instructions are clear and assembly is colour coded. The bed itself is well made with good thick timber and could easily be painted if needs be. For additional stability some brackets are provided for fixing to a wall but I haven't needed.

I have bought all of my kids bed from this company. Amazing quality, easy to build....all round amazing.. should you have ANY issues, the company is easy to contact, and sorts problems straight away.

Relatively easy to put together, it is important to thoroughly read the instructions before starting construction to avoid mistakes, timber used is of good quality and all the joints match up, once constructed the bed is quite sturdy remember to re tighten the screws after a few days i found they worked loose mainly because the timber was drying out it is a natural product after all. To sum up, yes i would buy it again and yes would recommend it

Simply a great purchase. Gives my daughter tons of floor space. It's strong and sturdy and looks good. Comes in two flat packed boxes for self assembly with very specific instructions that you have to use to organise the parts, and then read and follow carefuly. I put it together myself and would say it takes 2 to 3 hours to put together. I wanted something that she or her brother could comfortably grow into through her teenage years and that an adult could use if need be. Would recommend.

Wanted this frame to be white. 2x coats of primer and then 1x gloss and it looks like it rolled off the production line white. Easy to essemble and strong enough for adults to climb on if needed. Secured to the wall for extra support as it does wobble a little if not.

After reading some of the reviews here, I was a little apprehensive about buying this bed. I was worried that I would not be able to understand the assembly instructions and that it wouldn't be sturdy enough. It took me a while to assemble on my own, and I did need help getting the bed upright. But I had no issues following the assembly instructions. My advise is to read them thoroughly before starting and set out all the parts and check the colour coding, before you start. Use an electric screwdriver and wood glue. It's a sturdy bed and it fits my small room allowing for a desk underneath. It looks good and is sturdy enough for an adult.

Good wooden product made in Britain, arrived within a few days of ordering with delivery updates via their courier. Their customer service is excellent: I had to contact them for a missing part via email and it was shipped promptly. I will consider purchasing from them again in the future when I need something. ASSEMBLY TIP : 2 people needed and for some tricker bits, three people so someone can hold things. You will also need a screwdriver and just follow all instructions fully. Item arrives as two flatpacks with all screws and components.

Arrived much earlier than expected. Which was great although did arrive on day I was putting floor down. So if your doing flooring order after as only took couple of days. Absolute nightmare to put together and found instructions a waste of time. Had to use the pictures from listing instead. Give yourself plenty of time. Not ideal to build in a small room and will need more than 2 people if you are building in small room. The bed once up looks amazing and provides so much space in a box room. Daughter loves it and has a bedroom she now loves.

My daughter had a tiny box room and this was the perfect solution. It has a space underneath that is actually usable with the right sort of furniture and she now has a bedroom that she can use rather than just a space with a bed in it. The instructions are no worse than any I have seen and actually much better than most. We had one bolt missing but there were clear instructions with the bed on what to do and we managed to order it and have it arrive for the next day which I felt was really good service. We will hopefully be ordering a second one in the not too distant future.
